Nicole has worked for the Marco family's store for three long years.
Long enough to have become Mrs. Marco's favorite helper (slaveworker),
fall in love with David Marco, her son, and grow weary of fighting off
unwanted sexual advances from Steve Marco, David's brother. It is
Christmas eve and she's just learned David is moving across the
country. Now she'll never have a chance with him. Or will she?
This was a cute read. Ms. Hines crafts good characters that will rouse
your interest. The story itself was enjoyable, but didn't really engage
me and hold my attention.
