Larissa and Drew Parker have been married for 5 years. It all started perfectly, but has gone downhill since then. Drew says he loves Larissa, but she hasn’t felt loved or appreciated in a long time. From what she can see, his career is more important than she is. Until finally she’s had enough, and one night she says goodbye. In his rush to get home to her, to stop her from leaving, Drew is in an accident, and given a second chance. But will it be enough?
I loved this story. The writing was great, and the story was adorable I think Ms. Adams did a nice job showing the anguish Drew felt when he realized he messed up and needed to fix things, in addition to the joy he felt when things were going well. Overall a fun little read. After all, who wouldn’t like to think that divine intervention can help save something important to us that we messed up?
