Because of their egos, Donal Bawn and Ceoleen have been cursed. One
spends his time as a hunchback with a terrible voice, and the other
is blind, and can only speak or sing part of a song. They fall in
love, and Ceoleen convinces Donal to return home with her. Though he
has doubts, Donal would do anything she asks. One of the sidhe takes
pity on the couple. While she tries to help them break the curses,
Lorcan tries to seperate the lovers so he can make Ceoleen his once
again.
Ms. Barrack has crafted an intriguing tale of the Sidhe. As hot as
it is romantic, Donal and Ceoleen's story will keep you reading from
start to finish without stopping. The characters as well as the
world the author created are not only believable, but are
breathtaking. The lessons that Donal and Ceoleen learn on their
paths to discover not only themselves, but true love, give this
reviewer a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
