Siobhan was discovered years ago afraid and alone except for two dogs who kept her warm. She can't remember her real parents or what she was doing out on that fateful night, but she knows that her adoptive mother sent her away from Destiny, Montana, in an effort to keep her safe – but from what? Now a university researcher on wolf lore, Siobhan is being called home to Destiny – and to her fate…
Faelan has spent thirteen years denying his heritage as a wolf-shifter. As the alpha of the pack, he's been gone too long and the Council demand that he returns to take his rightful place – and his rightful bride, his childhood friend Siobhan. He still loves her, but will she remember him – and will she agree to become his wife for the sake of saving wolf-kind, or will their enemies get to them first?
If you like werewolves then you'll enjoy this book, which presents a fresh and intriguing look at the shape-shifters mixed in with Gaelic mythology and druid lore. Siobhan is a great character you can really empathise with, especially as she struggles to recall her past. Faelan is definitely an alpha male – hot and hunky, he lights up the pages with his and Siobhan's sizzling sex scenes. A strong cast of secondary characters fills out a solid book from Ms McIntyre.
