Choosing the Right Plus Sized Swimsuit for Your Perfect Vacation

swimwear 2Many plus size women have suffered in silence over the years as swimwear was released to the market mainly for women who are the same sizes as thin fashion runway models. The average plus size woman stopped buying swimwear all together but thanks to the recent “plus size movement”, women who are full figured are being celebrated and more designers are creating attractive and affordable plus size swimwear.

Finding the Right plus Size Swimwear Is Easy

• The plus size swimsuit that you choose should be the exact size as the clothes that you wear every single day. You should never wear something that’s one size too small because, swimwear like that is uncomfortable and unflattering.

• When it comes to prints, it’s important to buy swimwear that has prints on the top of the swimwear and not on the bottom of it.

• Don’t be afraid to try a tummy control swimsuit. These pieces of swimwear really do wonders for the body and they are very comfortable to wear.

• If you find the right piece of swimwear but it doesn’t cover enough, you should always accessorize by adding a skirt or a pair of shorts for the bottoms.

• Be daring and try on a two piece when you’re in the store. You will be surprised at how comfortable they are to wear and how much they actually cover.

Save On Travel!

v7Let’s face the facts. Traveling today is expensive. It costs to go just about anywhere. Even if you want to drive a few hours away, you can expect to fill up your car with a tank of gas. And that isn’t even affordable today. So if you plan on taking your family or the one you love somewhere, how are you going to pay for it? Don’t fret. Instead, take advantages of the hidden discounts out there. Today’s discount vouchers can save you a great deal on travel expenses and at places such as frankie and bennys.

Save On Airfares

One of the top ways that people are saving money today with discount vouchers is on their airfare. They use specific discounts to help them pay less for a flight. Sometimes these discounts come with requirements. For example, you might have to fly on specific days of the week. And you might not be able to fly non-stop. However, your willingness to be a little bit flexible could save you hundreds on airfare. And this means more money for your other travel expenses or more money that remains in your savings account. Either way, it’s a great option.

Save On Hotels

Another top way to save is on hotel prices. Not every hotel charges ridiculous rates. And to get a good deal on a room, you do not have to stay in a motel 6. Instead, research. Look around on the travel and deal sites on the internet. They advertise the best hotel prices and often offer coupons for those that are willing to travel at a particular time.

Lastly, you might also find deals when you bundle your hotel and flight together. Look for travel packages. These type of discount vouchers are often available and could save you money and allow you to have the fun you are seeking.

Show Off Your Vacation Body With the Right Bra

diet-bodyIf you’ve been dieting to lose weight and get your health back on track, it’s time to show that off to the world. Don’t just tell people who great a diet can make you look – show them by finding the right clothing. When you’re shopping, keep in mind that what you’re wearing under your clothes matters just as much as the clothes themselves. Get the right bra, and you’ll be ahead of the game when it comes to looking great.

Getting a Bra That Fits

Searching for a bra can be time consuming, but you shouldn’t try to rush it. If you really want to show off your great new acai berry body, you’ll need to find the right bra. It should hold you securely, not ride up or shift around, and emphasize your shrinking waistline. Large busted women should try the elomi bras. If you’re not large-busted you may have more options, but if you have a bigger bust it’s even more important that you get a bra that supports you the right way.

Comfort is Very Important

Even though you want a bra that looks nice, you also want one that fits you the right way and that feels good. Some bras can be scratchy and stiff, and not all women like underwire or other devices that are used to lift their bust line. In addition, some bras can feel too thin and they may make you uncomfortable because you won’t have the support you really need.

No matter which bra you choose, try it on and make sure it fits you the right way and feels good. You won’t want to buy bras that will just sit in the drawer because they didn’t feel as comfortable as you’d hoped for. It’s hard to show off your new body if you’re not comfortable in the clothes you’re wearing.

Choosing a High End Vacation Souvenir

f3As the annual travel season gets under way for South-of-the-Equator destinations, vacationers assemble their budgets: X for travel, Y for lodging, Z for meals… And whatever is left over can go towards finding just the right souvenir. The modern realities of airline security, however, have been known to thwart the most intricate of plans. Even things as seemingly innocuous as coasters – to prevent those unsightly coffee table rings – can be scrutinized half to death by security agents in any country.

The World on Your Shoulders

The maze of various Customs regulations can make souvenir purchases a risky proposition, but there is one sure way to breeze through the lines (relatively speaking, of course) without any grief from the folks wearing the bright blue rubber gloves. Some of the best souvenirs might be the women’s designer dresses that can be worn on your back or packed in your luggage. There may indeed be some second glances, but only in the most complimentary sense.

Wearing the Culture

When vacationing in popular places like Thailand, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Brazil or anyplace else, there may be no more distinct expression (or reminder) of your cultural experience than the finest of local fashion, which can be kept conveniently in your closet, and displayed for all to see on the most special of occasions. The covert bonus that only you know about: Nobody else is going to be wearing what you’re wearing, because they didn’t shop where you did.

If you travel regularly, collecting the outfits of the world might become equal parts passion and obsession, with return trips to update your global style. Whether you find that perfect high-end souvenir outfit in a resort boutique or in a back-alley street market, the clothes you wear will say a lot more about where you’ve been than a bunch of boring stamps in your Passport booklet ever could.

For Peace of Mind, Update Your Insurance When Traveling

i14It’s always fun to travel for pleasure, and somewhat less enjoyable to travel for business. No matter the reason for getting in your car or on that plane, though, you should focus on the fact that you want to be financially protected. Actually, your financial protection should also extend to your family. Make sure your term life insurance and other insurance policies will cover you, no matter where you roam.

Does All Insurance Protect You?

Life insurance and other types of insurance will generally protect you when you’re traveling, but there are some exceptions. If you’re going to a different country or you’ll be traveling extensively all over the world, you may want to consider whether your policy allows for that. If it does not, you may want to consider a rider to your policy or an additional insurance policy to be sure that you’re protected. It’s better to be safe rather than sorry.

What Does My Insurer Need to Know?

Checking with your insurance company can give you peace of mind. Even if you feel that your policy verified your thoughts on travel, it’s always good to hear from your agent. If possible, get what your agent has to say in writing to back up your policy information. If you aren’t protected when traveling out of the country, you need to know that ahead of time. Be sure to tell your agent where you’re traveling, for business or pleasure, and how long you’ll be gone.

Once your agent is clear on your plans, he or she can advise you as to whether you need new, additional, or supplemental insurance that you can use to protect yourself as you travel. When you know you’re properly covered that will give you a lot of peace of mind, because your family will be financially protected.

Dressing Up a Vacation

f1“Ladies and gentlemen we are now approaching 36,000 feet…” I can’t even print the words that come to my mind; the first one is Oh the second one starts with an S and ends with a T. So how do you look good on vacation when you’re utterly petrified (or to hung over to care)?

I’m not Hiding, I’m Fashionable

The keys to success when you want to look your best on the plane are 1) a huge, oversized, fashionably designed hobo bag in which to carry your more than adequate supply of Dramamine, Lorazepam and alcohol… And I don’t mean the antiseptic kind. 2) Scarves, scarves and more scarves—not only are these excellent, effortless fashion accessories but they work in any kind of climate. Hiding from humanity will be far easier, yet very fashion conscious, with a big, floppy hat (you can even tie one of those scarves around it). A hooded sweatshirt can be used instead for an admittedly less fashionable look but far better at keeping chatty people at bay. Coupled with a pair of those big oversized colorful sunglasses will be doing both you and your fellow passengers a favor because, let’s face it… More than likely… It ain’t pretty.

No I did not Forget about the Men

As if they’d let that happen. Fashion tips for the guys on vacation basically consist of casual: attractive jeans or shorts, printed T’s or colored shirts, and comfortable, attractive shoes. This will do if you’re touring the city, hangin’ with your buddies or meeting friends for lunch. If you’re hanging out at the beach, night or day, shorts and flip flops or sandals are perfectly allowable. So help me if I see you wearing socks under those sandals I will hunt you down, tear them off and burn them.

Men, your evenings out should consist of dress slacks and designer shirts.

Your Summer Vacation Doesn’t have to Wreak Havoc on your Skin

s15Doesn’t that more or less depend on where you go for vacation? Any ways, be prepared when you go on vacation, no matter where you go.

The Cost of Beauty

Some people go camping as a way of relaxation and vacation. Looking your best isn’t exactly what camping and hiking are all about though. Others opt for glamorous and luxurious destinations and want to look the part before they even get on the plane. In order to achieve the outer beauty that many women seek these days, some have chosen injections; one of the most popular being Juvederm. How much does Juvederm cost and how long does it last? Most patients receiving Juvederm injections can retain its effects for approximately 10 to 12 months; of course you want to take great care of that skin while you’re on vacation. The cost is dependent on so many variables including your geographic area, how many treatments you’ll need, how many locations you need treatments on, and so on. But on the average Juvederm can cost anywhere between $550-$1200.

How to Take Care of that Fancy Face

Vacations may be a relaxing time for your psyche and your body, but they can be exceedingly trying when it comes to your face. The best way to take care of your skin while on vacation is to avoid as much heavy makeup as possible. Foundation should be put on lightly if at all. Eye shadows that are creamy tend to settle into wrinkles and lines around the eyes. And instead of lipstick you might want to try a mildly tinted moisturizing lip balm.

If you go with Juvederm or any other injection for facial wrinkles or sagging, you’ll want to take good care of it so remember… Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! Please!
